Lifewood installed our Marri floors 2 weeks ago and were very happy with the finish product. Had a great experience dealing with Lifewood. My partner and I bought and DIY installed about 45m2 of Spotted Gum floorboards in two bedrooms and on a staircase. We primarily chose Lifewood because the boards seemed better quality than the other engineered boards we'd seen, but were pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff were (thanks Tony!). Got lots of advice for the installation (scoring the timber before jigsawing for the doorframes was a lifesaver), and all in all went pretty smoothly. Would recommend.

We recently had Marri floors laid in our new home. They are amazing, even better than we imagined! We chose these floors before we even decided on a builder and Lifewood have been so patient with us throughout our lengthy build. Everyone from the sales team to the scheduling and accounts departments were easy to deal with and were able to just make things happen. The floors were laid by Brian, he obviously knows his stuff and has done a beautiful job, especially the tricky bits around doors and the fireplace. A few minor touchups were needed and these were done straightaway with no hassle. After a difficult and stressful build, dealing with Lifewood was a breath of fresh air, we are so happy with our stunning floor!

Extremely pleased with our experience with Lifewood as the contractor for our new flooring. All the way from the showroom to the clean up after the laying, its been a good experience all the way. Tradespeople were great, spot on time every day and did their absolute best to be non-intrusive. Everyone moaned to us about the their experience with the dust clean up afterwards, but we'd have to say it was practically non-existent. I'd strongly recommend selecting from the Lifewood preferred contractors for floor preparation etc. We had a hiccup with quantities (totally my fault) but it was all fixed with a zero fuss single call to our project manager. Absolutely no pressure sales and the showroom is worth visiting to see the floorings in a realistic setting.

We had a great experience with Lifewood. We were very lucky that they were able to install our flooring within a couple of weeks of ordering. Just before Christmas which was much appreciated.The installation is very professional and we chose to install over our tiled main areas which went very well and Lifewood managed the door shaving too to make sure everything fitted.
