Classic Balustrade delivered our balcony on time and on budget. Being able to talk to the guy (John Hooker) who actually is going to make your project with his own hands, is very reassuring. I'm very critical normally but after looking our stainless steel balcony over, I could not fault it.

I could not be happier with the Quality, finish, service and price that John Hooker from Classic Balustrade delivered. After speaking to John he modified our original design which proved a real winner. His design was far superior. Next time we build, we will using this company again. Price was good too. Thanks

I had my staircase quoted by several companies. When John came out he improved my initial design concept, nobody else offered any advise like that. Knowing that the guy I spoke to was the same guy that was going start, finish and install my staircase was great. No mistakes. Quality was excellent. If I ever build again, this is the 1st guy I'm calling.

We had John come and give a quote on a number of external and internal hand rails.He made a number of suggestions which other contractors did not make, using better materials and design features and his quote came in lower.He did a very professional and excellent job and we would highly recommend him.
